Expert witness work is a separate lane from design commissions. The job is an independent opinion, not advocacy for a preferred outcome. If we cannot support a position from the facts and the applicable standards, we will say so before you brief further.
Typical instructions include defect investigations, alleged design or installation failures, and reports for legal teams. Conferral and oral evidence can be arranged where the matter needs it.
